MASTINO RESCUE, Inc. is a group of rescuers and breed enthusiasts working together to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome the growing number of Neapolitan Mastiffs in need within the USA, and to educate the public about the realities of owning this magnificent and unique breed. We are the officially endorsed rescue of the United States Neapolitan Mastiff Club.
